Loved this series, and great to see some amazing boats and brands that don't get a ton of KZbin coverage. My favourite was the Arcona, but this Dehler is strong 2nd :)

Well, even as a potential/hopeful catamaran owner, I will say I have truly enjoyed these reviews a lot. I love the stylish design additions such as the curved cabinets, tidy lines and so on. Terysa - your "wooden horse" comment broke me up. 🤣 Pretty but, how shall I say, not our speed. We love to travel but we're not racing ANYWHERE. Thank you for your in depth reviews on all of these. Cannot wait to see more of RR2! So excited and I can only imagine you both must be so ready to splash. Stay safe! xo

I love watching all the stuff you guys have been doing! But I can't wait to see your smiliing faces on your new Cat! Thanks for all you do!

Hi Nick. Can’t tell you how EAGER we all are for each and every review you do about sailing boats and yachts ( monohulls I mean not the multihulls; no offense of course guys 🥴🥴🥴). If I may ask: will we see your reviews on the BENETEAU FIRST YACHT 53 and the new BENETEAU FIRST 44? They look soooooo awesome, but I’m my opinion, I couldn’t judge ANY monohull before seeing your perfect analyses about them that really cover all technical aspects of the yacht, from outside to inside. I’d really be grateful if you be so kind as to cover those attractive vessels and give us your opinion about them. Again thanks a looooot for your great work man 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

As a weekend cruiser or racer I think the Dekler 42 would be a good choice, but for longer cruises not so much. The modern design is a little too stark for me, but I am sure that other people find it very pleasing. Great video series.

Susan & Tony here, It has a clean or clear appearance , I do like that. That open transom has pros and cons, could fall off and great at anchor. Not too many used in the states for sale.

This boat is very intriguing! I learned to sail in the nineties on little dinghy size sailboats. I loved to push them as fast as I could, and I would often have to right them because I pushed the envelope just a little too far. Watching all these videos I toyed with the idea of living aboard and sailing around the world, but I am autistic. I have a truly brief list of safe foods. The more I look at sailing, the more I believe in racing and not living/cruising. For me islands are a reason to sail, not a goal!

Gorgeous boat. Would love something like that for long weekend cruising around the Chesapeake.

All due respect, for a boat of this size, I shall take the Rob Humphreys designed Azuree 41 for much better build quality.

Very nice but like all most all monohull's, there is a lack of view from inside the hull while seated.

Really? Double controls on that boat? Who the hell does that?

I own the smaller D38 and really, the double controls are great for complete control from the helm station while leaning against the guard rails in seated position. And the 38 is narrower than the 42.

Did I blink? I saw nothing about an engine.

Who needs an engine with a fast performing sailboat?

Yes, you blinked. The Yanmar 29HP engine tucked away under the stairs is, in fact, clearly mentioned :)
