Boat Transfer in middle of Sweets Falls, Gauley River

The videographer (Eli Helbert) that day was in a kayak taking video for paying customers on a raft trip. People do hike down to Sweets Falls though I've never done that.

I forget the exact date (though I can look at the original later and find out)... but I know it was during the weekend of Gauley Fest, probably around 2000 - 2001. It was raining a lot all week and they were releasing about 2,000cfs as the Meadow was pumping in another 3,000cfs (I might have that backwards). Either way, Sweets was about 5,200cfs that day. :)
