Nope ashneer and anupam was not having the intention to provide him a better deal from aman, they offered hammer because they saw the potential of hammer but the entrepreneur was di**head who's only goal was to get aman on board, and at last anupam and ashneer back off because they were not able to motivate the entrepreneur and having no chances of getting the deal, bealive me the hammer could have given a tough competition to boat in near future if ashneer and anupam had joined it and ultimately they will get benefitted from that as they were getting hammer at very low valuation..

aree ismein kindness kaha hai bhai. It's sympathy. Imagine you participate in cycle or bike race jo 3-4 laps ki race hai. And you find this miserably stupid guy jo wrong direction mein race lga rha hai. Mtlb circuit ke anticlockwise hi daur rha hai. For first 2 laps, you laugh about it and say, "chal ek competitor kam hua." But in the 3rd 4th lap, you feel so sympathetic about this god damn idiot that you find it your duty to tell him ki bhai ye wrong direction hai tu chutiya bann rha hai. That's what ANupam did. What AShneer said ki "Tu national tv pe bik rha hai", that's what Anupam tried to stop. Mtlb ek contestant hai jo achhi pitch de kar offer le jaata hai and then there are some who mess it up in some term or other (bad idea, USP, revenue, marketting, etc). But this guy came in hard, showed promise and then went downhill just cuz we wanted to kiss Aman's ass, make him his Godfather, instead of fighting his own way out.

1. Aman is a smart business man. He did not undermine Hammer, he saw a potential competition, he literally made it his own. 2. Peyush is a good judge of character and entrepreneur. He said from the beginning that the Hammer guy has no ambition or courage. 3. Anupam was kind and kept on advising the guy against selling the company even when he was out. 4. Ashneer was smart, he saved 60% of the company by sticking to his offer knowing well that Aman would end up getting the deal. 5. Namita was being a good friend to Aman and kept on countering the other sharks to influence the guy to sell his company to Aman. Slowly but surely, I've started respecting Ashneer as a businessman and a person. Despite his frequent exceedingly harsh remarks and at times highly personal verbal jabs, the more I see him in the tank, handling different situations in his own unique way, the more I've started to see why he's a true success in all walks of life. Even though I'm from Pakistan, I feel a great deal of enthusiasm from watching the entire 7 member panel of such brilliant, young minds making a huge impact in their respective careers, breaking the norms and changing the world for the better. From Anupam's modesty and conduct to Piyush's vision, every shark has unique qualities, yet all seven are excellent examples of individuals brimming with sheer competence, class and substance. Hats off to India for sharing your gems with the rest of the world, especially your immediate neighbors who speak the same native language and share so much with your country from a cultural standpoint.
