Tip: I wouldn't have your vehicles wait so much. As you know, you get paid to only move cargo, and if they are waiting, they aren't going back to pick up more. It makes sense to wait if you are only delivering one resource per route, but once you add 2 or more, you will lose productivity. Like your trains, they wait to pick up the refined oil, but there is crude waiting for them on the other side which is being wasted!

Love your videos, just some suggestions: you can use truck stops (in the road buildings menu) if you just want to deliver goods to a city (48:45). Works just like a bus stop and can deliver multiple different goods to the same truck stop, without deleting buildings. Also, you can edit/replace vehicles without sending them all the way back to the depot - from vehicle manager menu - just like you have when you duplicate them.

Tip for this episode: one of the best ways to maintain sanity is to rename the truck stops and train stations the same as the industry they serve (e.g., Seattle Saw Mill 1). This can also be useful for cargo drop off points in town (e.g., Newport News Food drop-off). I tend to limit other stop renames to primary bus and train stations in a town to make intercity routes easier to understand.

It doesn’t matter. They will not break down. The only thing that impacts is emissions (noise)
