Why Film on a Bicycle
Traditional video makers tend to walk, which unless great care is taken, produces a bounce in the video footage. I find filming on a motorbike can be too fast, not allowing you to take in the scenery. The bicycle allows me to interact with people whilst providing smooth footage. If you find it is still too fast, then you can slow the video speed down to half speed, which will still be 30 frames per second.
Why doesn’t the footage look clear
Sometimes I make an error when shooting the video (but very rarely) The most common cause is that your internet connection on YT has set the resolution to below 4K, so check your settings.
Camera Equipment
Since starting the channel I have used my trusty DJI Osmo Pocket 2 (Creator combo)
The Combo comes with a Bluetooth microphone which has given great performance, even when riding at speed. I film at 4K & 60 frames per second, my light and ISO settings are on Auto. The Camera is strapped to my left wrist (so it might appear that I am close to things on the left). I control the Camera head via an application on my phone (Mimo), using my right hand Thumb. Action cameras to date, have smaller light sensors and are not competitive at present for low light filming.

Just to put things into perspective, last week I had a breakfast in Crewe ( the arse end of England). It didn't include coffee or OJ, just one sausage and one egg, smelt of fried oil as I left the building, and... It cost me £9!!! Have you been to Nickys yet for breakfast? Also for eggs benedict try King Kong Burger & restaurant on Soi Honey. It's quite special!

Great value breakfast there. Had it the other week. Also excellent for sports coverage and because of that can get a bit noisy at times if sport is not your thing. Very popular and rightly so imo.

IMO Time Bar is a better alternative to Cheap Charlies for a very decent SMALL breakfast. Irovers is a better quality but much larger (and therefore slightly more expensive) breakfast. Yes Irovers does a good small breakfast but I prefer the Time Bar one but prefer the Irovers Mid & Large versions. If I'm hungry Irovers is on the list (with Kungs etc) but I'm usually not that hungry, so Time Bar gets my custom more often.

Good video David. Last time I went in irovers was over 2 years ago. Much improved I will give it a visit on my next trip. Hopefully very soon. Had hangover brekkie in both time bar and hideaway lol. Can you let me know about the thai restaurant you mentioned. Can't quiet catch the name cheers

You said on your night rides someone commented the town is not busy, your reply was "It's the bars that are not busy, or some of them anyway." Has the number of bars increased, are there more than there were in times gone bye.? I'd say Pattaya is as busy now as it was pre COVID, but many say it is not. Looking around Treetown for example, some bars are packed, and others nearby almost empty. Are there just too many bars.? I find it hard to walk into a bar that is almost empty, but likewise one that is overfull. On another note, I like a drink, but I also like to drink and chat, but recently the bar volume has gone to 11, (Spinal Tap) Everywhere is too loud, I don't like having to shout.

You can still get that kind of thing there but the place where I got my iPhone battery replaced was inside Big C South Pattaya. Couple of phone shops upstairs round the outside of the supermarket. A while ago now and still going strong.

I don't blame over football it's full of overpaid actors who play on bowling green pitches if they had to play in the 60-70 and 80's they would run home to their mummy's because they had to play on frozen pitches or muddy pitches, a lot of them are spoilt brats with their own fan's unlike yesterday players who would go in the same pubs as their own fan's, the day Trevor Francis was signed up for 1 million pounds that was the day the rot set in with football. Nowadays it's rugby league and union but sadly that's turning the same way with its players. Enough of football I agree with iRovers sausages they are ok I still prefer Kungs, cheap Charlie or Witherspoon for an good old English breakfast I try to rotate them around whilst I'm in Pattaya or go to the tin cup on Soi Buakhao for that delicious rice porridge with bits of crispy pork pieces on it if it's open.
