Nice place and presentation. Just wonder, nearly every condo we see, very little activity and plenty of common facilities, likely with considerable costs to share.

@@Nickhifi88 the common fees are usually between 50-60 baht per sqm a month so ball park would be about $100-120 a month Most new condo buildings that are not beachfront are not as popular and therefore the occupancy is probably about 50% also most occupants don’t use the facilities. I know I don’t use our high floor pools as they are a bit cold even when it’s 30c 🤷🏽‍♂️
