I am in Al-Anon, and this presentation tells me that alcoholics have the same kind of emotions as a non-alcoholic. The fear is is a universal complaint, but when you sincerely practice the 12 Steps, fear gives way to faith. Our relationship with our Higher Power is the remedy for overcoming needless fears. He is a responsible member of AA He is still at it, He lives the AA program. Goes into the jails too and talks about our responsibility to the new comer as well and talks about the tradtions and concepts. I have met him several times and has dinner with him a few times as well. He is also my Grand-sponsor .

I have listened to this about 25 times, I was stuck on my fear inventory as well and this helped me do my inventory and I have seen in doing the nightly inventory regularly that fear and many things still crop up alot and feel very blessed to have a process to deal with these things that fly under the radar
