Both El goblino and Bob have died multiple times judging by their encounters with entities and hazards We for sure now that El goblino has atleast died and cam back to life since he says even if you die go agane so he knows no one can truly die in the Doors universe And yes as the comment above me stated has exploded in the firedamp and yet we still see him well and healthy So yeah I think Bob is also alive just maybe traumatized by his encounter in the green house and that's why he is quiet

I'll put my own theory here. Bob is a human, but he could be half alive. What do i mean by half alive? Not that he's fully alive and injured, its that he's not able to move much. Which is why El goblino always talks for bob instead of us getting text from Bob himself. Bob communicates to El Goblino through guiding light or a supernatural source to let him tell what he's saying. Perhaps Jeff even hears him. For their adventures, I do believe he as alive for it as a human but he died somewhere in ROOMS or perhaps even from figure. I do believe rooms as his death however. I believe he could of died to A-60, and part of his spirit became A-120, which is why A-120 is always a glitchy smile. Its the face of bob's last moments. If not A-120, it would of been A-60. And bob is the reason why its locked. He sacrificed another part of his spirit to lock the ROOMS away, but the player eventually comes and opens it up. And while we're on rooms, I'll show another theory. I believe that Mischevious light could of been apart of rooms, and escaped once the player exited the rooms, since the defenses to keep them in were lowered and they were able to escape, and becoming what they are now: A spirit that activates Modifiers. Which is why when the player returns to the hotel, the modifiers stuff is the runs AFTERWARD, which ties into the immortality theme. Guiding light resets time but Mischevious light is unaffected by it. This is the reason why ROOMS is not able to be accessed whilst modifiers are active. The light has broken free and roams. Curious light would also come out. Curious light used to be in backdoors before the events of rooms, but had to enter to help the player get out of there. Now back to bob. Bob is ALIVE, but limited to his movement. Due to the immortality, he is stuck inside the hotel, unable to have his spirit go to the afterlife until he manages to really leave the hotel's boundaries. Only then shall his soul rest. And why wasn't he revived? Guiding light would of been weaker at the time, and wouldnt of been able to revive bob, so they had to make him almost fully immortal for now. So whenever the player entered, bob used el goblino to communicate with them, since the entities probably can see and hear spirits , which is bob's way of speaking. thank you for coming to my talk

modifiers are able to be activated once you escape the hotel, so we didn’t free the red light from anywhere. curious is probably on all sub-floors, just like guiding light. and i assume the red light is watching us in all the main floors, but never decides to interact with us.

Since it requires rock bottom to activate modifers, I assume that rooms is apart of one single run, and when we go into the hotel again after completing rooms, the light is free'd due to curious light not being able to keep him away anymore due to the doors reopening. I assume that we beat the hotel twice, and the second time is when the light starts taking control and messing up the hotel. The light is then able to mess with others. So the first run is a normal doors run with rooms included and probably backdoor, and then a second run is canon which implies the first run free'd said light and the second run is the light taking over the hotel (and the mines once modifiers for it release). Also curious is apart of this since they would of escaped to the hotel aswell with their entities, which is why the rooms entites can come into the hotel using their modifier. Hotel hell is the second run, where the modifiers light takes control.

@@TheRealFedriko Mhmm. All entities except 120 has some form of red attached to it, which most likely relates to the light. The rooms entities are its "Children" and it brings it with them. And again, its not about if the player is there or not. The player beats the hotel once, and then returns to it all deadly and modified. Its the timeline of doors and you doing 2 normal runs is just the uncanon way. The Hotel is changed after the rooms have been completed and Curious light retreats all the way to the backdoor. And its the reason why Rooms is DISABLED after the modifiers are active. You cant activate modifiers or join lobbys with modifiers if you dont beat the hotel first, which is why I believe theres a point in the timeline where you return after the hotel and modifiers become activated because you completed the checkpoint for the modifier light to enter the hotel (and then later, the mines.) And the reason why backdoors would not be affected by modifiers is because the curious light is blocking any other light from entering the backdoor so the other entities cant be released into the hotel, making sure the mistake doesnt happen again. And yes their neutral, but they wouldnt want the other lights to enter because they could mess with their area of the hotel, which is why guiding light does NOT appear in the backdoor or the rooms. Curious light is blocking them and the modifier light from entering so they dont mess it up.

@@NightEdit-ps8rt i doubt there's a canon timeline, it's whatever the player makes it be. i also doubt the rooms entities being red has any lore aspect, as A-60 is red in the original rooms game, so they probably just took inspiration off it. A-90 isn't even red, it's black & white. only its stop sign is red, and stop signs are normally red. A-90 is only a bit of red when attacking, but i doubt that it has any lore. and don't forget, it is OUR choice as the player to enable modifiers, the red light doesn't do that on its own.

I have a theory that the Figure is possessed by another entity (which could be revealed in the castle). Every time we see him, we see piles of flesh that resemble him very closely. I think that this mystery entity uses this flesh to posses Figure. I also think this because Figure is literally nothing but flesh and bones. There is nothing in or around his mouth (other than teeth) and the light in his mouth seemingly comes from nowhere. Edit: I think figure is possessed in a way that he wouldn't be alive otherwise, with just flesh and bones, he wouldn't be able to survive let alone be living at all.
