Richard F Haines, founder of NARCAP, interviwer of 3500+ pilots and phd in vision and more, said to me in 1999 that he was using the word UAP instead of ufo because of the layers of misinfo in the word ufo. We were friends,met for lunch at HP with others to discuss ufos and Bible. Attended same church. But when i urged him to Really look at the planes at 911-WTC, well, we never spoke again. Anyhow, uap was said to me in late 1999, don't know if he first used the term. And those planes at The WTC are Fing weird
