It depends. Are they genetically editing? Are they cyborgs? Are they uploaded consciousnesses? Or have they organically evolved for millions, maybe even billions of years? If they organically and naturally evolved without artificial intervention into their genetics and physical form. Then it’s likely they could have really long lifespans. In all those years, no intelligent life arose, at least not to the point that they left any observable imprint on the earth like we managed to do within a hundred thousand years or less. So maybe intelligent life is incredibly rare and we are just an aberration. Without the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs and reset the stage, intelligent life would have probably never happened. If we remove human beings from the planet somehow, I wonder if intelligent life will ever arise again on this planet. I don't think it will. We still don't fully understand why it was advantageous for our ancestors to have such intelligence when no other animal on this planet does. If our intelligence led to us becoming such an incredibly successful species, then how come no other animal has gone down the same path? U.F.O. which I personally saw, recorded - it was last year, for some reason they got interested in me because literally 3 times in a row [day after day] they appeared to me more or less in the same area of the sky as I was riding my bike from the field. I managed to record twice, the third time I took out the camera too late. The object stood still and then flew away with tremendous acceleration. The second sight, it was already evening - then I also recorded the very moment of departure - the object fired with a powerful acceleration, leaving a glow of "atomic light" behind. Moving on to the first sight - suddenly on a bright, sunny day a very bright, unusual, large star appeared to me - I took out the camera and immediately gave a powerful zoom of up to x500. U.F.O. it stood still for a dozen or so seconds, then it fired, disappeared ... I managed to capture a few seconds with a huge zoom. It was primarily a ball of light, from which some "dome" emerged, some "probes" were pulled out, etc ... It was very difficult to tune this object, keep it in the frame at such a huge zoom ... Of course, I can send the source materials to those interested, but I made a cut-scene of the most important moment with a reduction of up to 1% !!! yes.. i mean physics barely understands anything.. most likely touching the surface.... most of it is just a series of relations.. predicted behaviour or probabilities of the same.. but the nature of that stuff.. physics doesn't really understand for sure. I studied it at uni... thats what I really always came away with.. a series of relationship.. models for behaviour.. no really deep understanding about what everything is and the why things behave the way they do... there might be species that totally understand this stuff and they have hacks.. maybe they can mess with the fundamentals... it wasn't that long ago that physics was called something like experimental philosophy and was so undeveloped that it wasn't even taken seriously.. its moved so so fast.. but its still lacking most of the big answers.

The prominent scientists have the most to lose. I have seen UFO's. My father, who was a Navy pilot in the 1950's, saw them too. They streaked across the sky, stopped, took off at tremendous speed across the sky, then again and again. I saw them from a commercial flight window in 2004 in eastern Georgia. No way these things are human made. The astronaut's comment is the comment of someone who refuses to open their eyes. For sure the aliens are here. Harry Reid said this week that the CIA is covering it up because they want the US to have this technology first. Whatever. It is clear it is so far advanced that we can't reverse engineer it, nor can Russia or China.

My guess is that these crafts whatever they are don’t have a living thing inside of them. They might be just drones remotely controlled or A.I. Controlled drones. We do it. We send rovers to Mars and just started implementing these rovers to make decisions on their own. We got a mini helicopter with pretty advanced a.I. To fly around. So we couldn’t these things also be drones like crafts/vehicles/whatever they are. Maybe they’ve seen how destructive we can be and send drones rather than living beings to collect data.

At the same time, there were often radar and optical observation reports in parallel. Strangely enough, this coincides with the phenomena reported here. At the end of the book, Major Keyhoe is about to receive the completed investigation report from the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC, Main Office of the Air Force Technical Intelligence Service) from Albert M. Chop (Air Force Press Department). In the last second, however, this paper is classified as "top secret". But Al Chop is allowed to give Major Keyhoe an official okay letter to publish his reports and interviews. This letter attests to his qualifications as a leader in the field of unknown flight objects and his longstanding relationship and cooperation with the Air Force. Even more! The Blue Book Committee (as a subordinate investigative agency), and the Air Force itself know the conclusion of Major Keyhoe that the UFOs originate from outer space, from another planet. This had never been denied from Air Force People but some members of the Blue Book Committee had been convinced that these strange observations are alien, natural phenomena which are completely unknown by Earth People. However, if these observed flight maneuvers correspond to the facts, then these must have been interplanetary flying objects. One could almost get the impression that parts of the ATIC report may also be pending publication here. Wow. I have memories of this phenomena since 1970-since 3 years old. Watched and read all along the way. Saw totally unexplained lights a year and a half ago. Darting, going up and down, speeding, curving--thought it was one until my nephews video showed it actually was three. Totally awesome display of maneuverability. Ghosts, gods, demons, angels, greys, inter dimensional, abductions, illusions,--what I do believe is this phenomena is as old as humanity has had the knowledge to draw it or write about it. It’s not an illusion. I don’t know what’s happening here. And maybe the Governments of the worlds do. One would think they do. Maybe they don’t. Maybe this phenomena is so illusive that no one ever has. But I do believe there is something that transcends our understanding of physics and of reality and it exists right alongside our existence.
