Un très grand saxophoniste sous estimé ... Introverti, discret, sensible... Un "Michael Brecker" plus féminin et plus inventif. Merci et longue vie à vous, mister Malach.

Love Malach's playing and writing!! This tune is from his solo CD "Mood Swing" which features the same personnel but Gadd is on drums on the recording. Great CD!!!

Agree! Malach is my favourite tenor. And underrated. The Searcher is also a great CD. Heard him several times With Stern, Weckl and Tom Kennedy. Lifting the roof every time:)

Malach is great. Redman is another tenor player who has an album called Mood Swing funnily enough.

Is just me or is Acuna massively underrated?

Okay...so this is my own personal opinion as an almost seventy-year-old lifelong musician. I've marveled at wonderful percussionists and fabulous drummers. I see Alex Acuna as both. He is freakishly world-class at either. He is a marvel.

@@brettgroh1112 I’m in agreement with you. And only nearly fifty. He’s astonishing. Ever since Heavy Weather he’s blowing my mind.

Is that a Freddie Gregory mouthpiece Bob is using or an Ishimori "Wood Stone?"
