Bob's lyrics are so relevant today it can really blow my mind at times. This coming from someone who studied his music for decades. This song in particular was not just a favorite of mine, but hauntingly accurate in its bold truths, and what it reveals. Songs like Rat Race, Stiff Necked Fools, Top Rankin', the list goes on and on. Bob could see right through it all so clear. Doesn't matter liberal or conservative, right or left, you are either a righteous heart or not. Evil knows no bounds.
