The percussion in "Jamming" from the beginning to the end is one of my favorites out of so many Marley songs. Excellent drumming. Once you hear those drums man, you can never get it out of your head. Bob had the best drummer/percussionist combo in Reggae. The drums make you move. No doubt!

So anyways I believe after looking at the footage of that night many times that the lightning happened as their hands United. Bob was so influential that the evil of America had him quieted by assassination. Not your usual assassination that was quick and loud. A slow and sinister one. Bob could reach so many with his words. That evil couldn’t tolerate it. The most powerful ability man has is to communicate with one another and embrace them with love. Now I understand what” If you want peace then prepare for war” truly means. Bob was at the forefront, along with many others, of the fight for racial, socio economic and human equality. He was a soldier for sure and he left us his words to enjoy until the end of time.

Get their eyes clear with that being said back then the US was in the cold war and at that point of time it was the pick of it . US was afraid to have another Cuba in Jamaica . Bob was the revolution symbol in the country there for he was great threat to US and they illuminated him. If you listen to ambush in the night you'll hear what I mean although he sang that about his assassination attempt in wich He got shot in his arm

Craig Bailey I believe in the “Marley” documentary, a retired CIA agent said he killed Bob Marley by placing a needle inside a pair of soccer cleats which had a chemical to accelerate cancer. It is known that the American government approached bob and asked him to sing pro capitalists songs. He said no. There’s motive. Freedom of speech is dangerous and that’s why I believe it’s in the constitution. Why not allow your enemies or opposition to speak freely so you know who they are. Then you know who to eliminate. A cynic, no a realist. There’s nothing pretty about politics or oppression but yet the U.S. exercises their power to do just that. My ancestors were native to this land and were slaughtered by the 10’s of thousands until more than a million of them perished by genocide. The rest of the world didn’t blink a fuckin eye.

This concert is probably the best I ever heard Bob live. He was a man at the peak of his powers here. Master of his craft vocally, musically, emotionally... His music was just out of this world. The first time I heard his music I was a can for life...

True. This concert the Get up Stand up tour, live at the Rainbow is the best performance from Bob ever. I don't think it's my opinion I think it's a fact listening to the band and vocal skills..also his spiritual experience during this concert is amazing. Also check out the 'Yvette acoustic tapes' different but world class 👌

Nasci em 90 mas quando escuto Bob parece que sou da época dele eu puxei o meu pai eu na barriga da minha mãe ele escutava muito reggae das antigas principalmente Bob nem venha com esses reggae de hoje em dia que não rolla
