I think he realized her to be a woman who (like many PEOPLE whether White, BLACK or any other) didn’t understand/misperceived Rastafarian ways and he was there to answer the questions. Even with some of the comments about appearance…. the wearing of [dread]locs, observing certain dietary restrictions and partaking of cannabis were things that were criticized by even Black/African American people. When viewing things of the past, we often take on a present disdain for them and only examine through our current experience.

@@Lazy_Sundae what are you really asking with your vague, condescending question? What “medical experts”? The ones that spend ten years reading books that were written by so called experts and take it as gospel? Or you mean real experts that are aware of the benefits of plants like cannabis? What are you getting at with this strange question that has nothing to do with my comment?

And you’re welcome. Us Coloradans were the first in the planet to legalize it.

@@shasmi93 Which is a great thing but it never should have been illegal and the prohibition went on far too long. Jamaica now has Marley as their poster boy, spliff in his hand and everything. The Marley family grows weed and converted an old prison in Cali into a growing facility. The fed needs to legalize it and anyone with a non violent drug conviction of marijuana at any weight should have their sentences commuted and be released. That is the next step every legal state should be working towards. Hold your local politicians accountable y’all

Line of questioning reminds me of the recent pandemic issue with journalists attacking anti vaxxas. RIP to the legend, he handled that hostile interview very calmly. He was a different/special breed indeed.
