My life is nothing without Bob Marley in it. The music is my daily meditation, my love...you name it...He's it for me. I cant beleive how much I respect him. He died when I was only 10 years old, but he has always been my favorite Artist since I was able to interpret music. My uncle introduced the music to me as a kid, the Radio was all I had, and music became my life. I would also read everything about him in the Glraner and other publications. I miss him so, but he's alive and well through the music. Bless. One love.

A legend that will always be remembered for uniting all people of this world, with his music, language was never a barrier for any one, when you hear Bob Marley music you dance to your motions, he was indeed the reggae master, my personal opinion.

I recently learned that Bob Marley and Lee Perry came up with this track after listening to The Clash's cover of "Police and Thieves". Before I learned this, I always thought this song sounded a lot different than a lot of Bob's music, so it's interesting to see how different music also influenced Bob. In a way, you can almost hear The Clash playing this song (like one of those songs that Mick Jones would have sang). The live version from Babylon By Bus in my favorite, R.I.P. Legend!

Rejected by society Treated with impunity Protected by my dignity I search for reality New wave, new craze New wave, new wave, new phrase I'm saying... The wailers will be there The damned, the jam, the clash Maytals will be there Dr. feelgood too No boring old farts, no boring old farts, no boring old farts Will be there! No boring old farts, no boring old farts, no boring old farts Will be there! Well it's a punky reggae party And it's tonight It's a punky reggae party And it's alright A tip from a gypsy She said "man you're getting tipsy" Hiding from reality In your world of hypocrisy In your world of hypocrisy In your world of hypocrisy In your world of hypocrisy In your world of hypocrisy
