Here is an extended version of the song "One Drop" that I created from the instrumental part of the official version which I extended by making loops in certain strategic places. The vocals come from two different demos I changed the order of the text a little to make it coherent in the mix. I had already worked on this piece with the first video posted on my channel but the sound is of much better quality since I improved my mixing techniques. Enjoy! It's a private mix not commercial, It's a tribute. Photo Credit : Jeff Albertson Bob Marley and the Wailers at Paul's Mall: Marley backstage with Carlton Barrett, Aston Barrett, and Joe Higgs, July 1973 From a series of photographs depicting Bob Marley and the Wailers performing at Paul's Mall. Concert was one of four given at Paul's Mall from July 11-14 that were Marley's first performances in the United States.

I know you meant well; however, Bob’s music should not be touched from anyone, other than his family. I know you meant well because you’re a 100% fan as I am. I’m and old man, born in 60’s, and growing up as a young child during the era in the 70’s, during the years of Nesta’s bringing his message to the masses of the people, to four corners of the world. His message and music is great as he left it to us and to all generations to come, because his message and music is definitely Timeless! Bob said it himself, “my music will live forever!” He knew it, because generations after his untimely passing, kids till this day, are introduced to his teachings and his music, because his works and his music are timeless!

I too was born in the 60s, and I am a big Bob Marley fan. I have tens of books on Bob, and a large cabinet full of LPs, 7-inch singles, 12-inch singles, CDs (including two copies of the original limited edition release of “Songs of Freedom” box set), DVDs, Blu-rays, USBs, and the Marvel Comics’ Bob Marley edition. Many of these items are limited edition. I appreciate your perspective; however, I disagree with it. What “Sun is Shining TV” is doing is providing subtle alternative imaginings of Bob’s music without going overboard. The original message is still there because the lyrics are not being changed. In fact, I would love it if “Sun is Shining TV” worked on some of the unfinished material like “Wounded Lion” so we could hear what the finished articles might have sounded like if Bob and The Wailers had finished them. Currently, there is AI-generated material of Bob singing cover songs. That kind of material I am not interested in; therefore, I do not listen to it. Likewise, anyone who does not like what “Sun is Shining TV” is producing, has the option of not listening to it.

@@oslinthompson8182 Trust me I have so many countess books that I’ve purchased throughout years, a couple of all that were limited that have, serial numbers that are on the back of these two books and I also have the four CD songs of freedom that came out right from the beginning and I have a very low count of those serial numbers posted on the back of that too. I understand what you’re saying, but I’m saying his music just needs to be untouched no matter what. Doesn’t matter if it’s offspring or his grandchildren, I’m not saying they cannot sing his music, just don’t use it in a different form that’s all. Also, remember, Bob provided everything to his children, so they never knew, including all the musicians at that time, the suffering that Bob endured growing up, half white and half black and especially growing up in the country side.

Remember, Bob’s music was not in for the money, but the people, for the suffer of the world. Music was just an instrument to reach and to teach the people of world, of all the troubles in the world.

@@JoseHernandez-lj6rt My philosophy is not to make a profit or flatter my ego with these videos. My goal is to share another way of listening to music by highlighting certain things that we normally hear in the background, or to imagine alternative versions. I understand what you think about the historical legacy of Bob Marley's music, but on all my videos there is a description and a comment where I explain precisely that these are private mixes and that it's not commercial but a tribute (a tribute that can't please everyone I hear) from my point of view it preserves the historical side and the legacy of Bob Marley's music.
