How do you get the multitrack of this music on that Akai board to break the track into the different channels?

Search for the multi-track stems online. Once you find them, you can load them into Ableton (or another DAW) one by one for each track. This is how the tracks are recorded in the studio and then mixed together for the final cut. Multi-track stems are floating around online, you can work with local bands to get stems from them, or you can enter competitions where they give out stems to work with. I think there is also software that will break apart songs into separate tracks but it's usually not as good quality.

Thanks MrDreadard! I use a number of effects, mostly different types of delay & reverb. I have a BOSS RE-20 Space echo delay pedal, hammond tube spring reverb & as well as some digital effects. I connect everyting using an 8 channel FocusRite interface integrated with Ableton Live. I'll have to make a video to go through my equipment set up here soon.

Thanks for the Love! You can find stems by contacting the artists and working with them to get access/permissions, some of them are leaked online from studio tracks and remix competitions, other producers are EQ'ing their own stems for songs, as well as remix competitions from sites such as indabamusic.com

The siren is just an external synth box that I have plugged into my interface called a Dub Siren. There are companies that make some great custom dub sirens, such as Dubs Alive. There are also a number of VST Ableton plug-ins, etc that do something similar.

Yes, this is a unique version of the song performed live using the audio stems (which is what a Dub is).
