Rest In Peace Jessy Serrata. He was one of the baddest bass players and vocalist. I really liked the Serrata Brothers- Rene and Jessy (Las Cuatro Lupes, Como Te Amas Tu, Y mucho Mas) And Tuff Band with Oscar Hernandez and Cha-Cha Jimnez ( Tuff Band Popurri, Silencio En La Noche) And of Coarse Bobby Naranjo. Lots of memories of Jessy Serrata. Puro Corazon and Amor from Albuquerque New Mexico. You Were one of my Tejano Legacy inspirations Jessy in La Musica De La Onda Chicana. Your Legacy will live forever and ever Brother. Love In Jesus. See you soon In Heaven Brother. My condolences to Jessy's wife and children and grandchildren. Y todo la familia Serrata. Lee R. I'm one of a group of musicians that had the honor to be the back up band when Jessy came to the DFW area. He had a unique voice that was readily recognizable, as well as being a bad-ass bass player. He was a true Tejano Legend! Rest in peace, my brother - I miss you already.

Wow!!! What a voice! And here I thought that Michael Salgado had it going on. Not compared to this man. So sad he is not here any longer to sing to us. But will listen to this for a very long time.
