No you are not the only one. I was in a traffic collision and have serious PTSD. Sleep is not easy at all. I lost the user of my dominate arm and couldn't do the craft things I used to do and that made me even more edgy and irritable. Your brain needs that rest. I taught myself to write with my non dominate hand, so decided then to try painting. Early on I began watching Mr Ross and I think Good have some people Mr Ross as their angel. I listen to him, watch him, and paint and now have days when I get lost in what I'm doing. I figure I needed a place to go where I could feel safe and peaceful and since I can't drive there God have me the ability to paint them. Mr Ross is who my guide has been. Now when I try to sleep my brain allows down and floats like his voice.

Sometimes its a tingling sensation or a relaxing pulse through your body. Some people are not able experience this feeling. Its best to look it up or search it on KZbin.

Bob Ross' wife have him a thousand dollars when he told her he was going to teach painting classes and she didn't believe he was going to have succes,he always saved money and as he started it didnt really work out he didnt make a lot of money so he kept on saving money with letting his hair grow,he would save the money for a haircut but he hated that afro,as he began to have success with the tv show, they already had produced his merchandise with his face on it and the afro bob kinda became a logo.Bob was obliged to keep it theres even pictures of him with short hair but he needed to keep that hair for the business, the afro became hhis trademark^^
