What's not to like? There's good guys, bad guys and horses, some melodies with yodeling no less, they even have a 30's hippy on the piano.:)

He was absolutely terrific in all the movies 🎥 that I have watched. Doesn’t matter how tall he was , he sure whopped the bad ones pretty good

The horse mounts and stunts are superior. I have stopped some to see how he did them. He could do everything. Dad is Bradbury the Director on some of the films. He was in F Troop and later he played bad guys. But he was in movies until he had grey hair just not the lead but revered by his piers. I think he was the first one to wear the smiley arrow shirts still popular today. He grew up on a ranch. What a man! Charlie King is the usual bad guy in most movies, he worked a lot.

If anyone is curious to know why Bob wears the same black gloves on his hands in every movie, either read or watch (the original) "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck.

The one and only Bob Steele with a great cast. Claire Rochelle went from Busby Berkeley musicals to western leading lady. Kit Guard is the Hoot Gibson look-alike. Carleton Young went from Broadway to American character actor and Ted Adams was the best villain in the business. BTW the great yodeling is from Hal Carey.

Who is the singer? I've seen him in a number of these westerns. I'd be curious about a further musical career he might have had.

Another great Bob Steele Western. Thanks for posting! Not a big fan of the female lead in this movie, Claire Rochelle, and she played in several Bob Steele movies. She was way too tall to play the romantic interest of 5'6 Bob Steele. And she wasn't pretty in my opinion, and I did not care for her voice. I have never understood why so many of the romantic leading ladies they chose to play alongside the leading male stars in the B Westerns, were not very attractive. I assume a lot of them were chosen because they knew someone, or were a sister, niece, or cousin of the casting agent or director. They had a few pretty women, but a lot of them just did not measure up to leading lady status in my opinion.

Wow, this is awful! I guess the filmmakers didn't know that they were supposed to let the audience know what the hell is going on. BTW, why is the modern intro so damn loud?
