You can create a screen accurate wearable costume for less than 1k. I have my Stormtrooper and Nolan era DKR Batman as props in my home theater room. Making a mannequin frame is pretty easy out of PVC.

Sort of. It was put together to be modular. Some of it could be worn. But TheDented helmet sources all these things. Thats where people like me sell the weapons/armor/holsters etc to build it. A fully built set of armor will run you between 3 and 5k.
