gonna casually update for myself when it seems necessary: -its been like 4 days and i'm aware that weight loss is a marathon not a sprint, so i admit that i did give in to the mcdonalds on day 3, butttttt during these four days i've been eating fruits and vegetables mindlessly, even the greens i don't really like, so that's a win
