I can remember the first movie I saw this goddess in. Career Opportunities. It wasn't a blockbuster, or a Academy Award movie. It was a standard John Hughes "Type" movie. Boy meets/sees girl, boy falls in love with girl, etc. I rented this movie and a few others for a weekend. My Mom's health was getting worse, but we loved watching movies. However when I put in Career Opportunities, and I saw Jennifer Connelly I was in pure awe. I had NEVER EVER thought that anyone could be this incredibly beautiful. It wasn't just her body, or anything that some guys love. It was how she could accomplish so much with just an expression. Her eyes, her smile, a smirk, she could be angelic, innocent, sexy, naughty, or mysterious. She was/is perfect. I ended up having to pay a late fee on Career Opportunities. I watched it quite a few times. Then to learn she was in other movies I began my first Hollywood crush.
