Hi Bob, I know I met you at the AOC in North Carolina, at least pretty sure. I love that AOC Trade Show, it's like falling into a box Crayola Crayons to me. I am acrylic painter on glass and canvas, still and forever learning. I took Dan Nelson's class, I guess you probably know him. He is a great Artist and he is in my area. whats the difference between gel medium and gesso?

Gesso is a primer which you lay down first whichhelps your paint hold to the surface or substrate...then gel medium is like a glue that you use to stick paper to your surface.
