Always been a Bobby Bare fan. Great talent, real down to earth, straight up person. Thanks to Larry for bringing him back.

I agree 100%. I’ve thought about it often. The pleasure I’ve received over the years from Bobby songs, met him in 1977 in Nashville and just the down home respect I have for him as an artist, I decided the day he passes I will make it a personal holiday. As a former radio DJ, Mobile DJ and life long music sponge, Bobby was always my top choice with Don Williams as a very close second. Had my younger years following Hank Jr. enthusiastically and still do. Waylon, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Charley Pride all get my respect. These days I listen to music only occasionally. Guy Clark, Jerry Jeff Walker, Dean Dillon, Tony Joe White, Corb Lund, Colter Wall and Tom Russell keeps amazing me with his experiments in getting the cowboy folk music into the mainstream as best he can. I was on air at CKRM in Regina Canada doing my show when Marty Robbins passed away and on air at CJVR in Melfort , Saskatchewan when Conway Twitty died. Both times the teletypes we had then went crazy typing updates. I didn’t cry on these 2 dates. I just tried to play their best songs in tribute to their legacy. When I heard after many years later after the fact a well known Canadian Singer and friend of mine named Terry Sumsion passed away I did come to tears. Look up his music and you’ll be impressed at his talent. He was a true Canadian Patriot and solid friend.

My brother used to watch your shows every week until he passed away in 2017. He brought his mentally & physically handle caped daughter to see the show the year before where she sang along with everyone.

Funny that Bobby's wearing a cap that plugs Shimano--a maker of derrailleurs and other components for racing bicycles. No John Deere or Harley or RAM Truck.

LOL Bare is a huge fisherman. Shimano make fishing reels and equipment, him wearing that hat has nothing to do with some preppy bicycle stuff. LOL
