i met Bobby Broom about 30 years ago, in Pittsburgh. He was touring with several jazz cats, like Peter Brown, the bass player and Lenny White nem, the Jamaica Boys crew. I was young and so was Bobby. He had just released his debut LP - he and Marcus Miller and Benard "NARD" Wright - they were they new jazz cats on the NYC scene, touring the nation. it's good to see Bobby continued a great career and now as a mature musician - he still looks and plays GOOD! NOW, Bobby is a veteran jazz musician. I'm 66 - and somewhere near my age. God is Good - we're both still here!!!
