That L-5CES reminds of the L-5P that Tony Mottola used (it was originally made for Charlie Christian but he died before he could get his hands on that instrument).

The staple pickup is Gibson’s copy of a dearmond dynasonic because Les Paul put those in his own 52 LP under the p90 covers, which you can see in pics and videos. Gibson copied them for the LP Custom model.
