Squirtle has no idea what hes talking about, you still started the second game playing on different difficulties. Notice how when FP shoots the swing path is slimmer, hes playing on a harder difficulty. When you start the game go to the settings like you did at 26:35 and go down, theres a difficulty setting. Changing settings in this menu changes them for both of you guys

FP was playing on Riggs (hits ball further, smaller swing path line) and Bob was playing on the starter character who has a bigger swing path line for people new to the game - squirtle (if I’m wrong, hand up)

Review and learn the difficulty mode options, not telling you guys to stop playing ez mode... but at least understand what you are getting as an assist vs pro difficulty mode. Things like carry yardage preview vs total yardage preview, lie impacts, etc... Also you need to experiment with shot shaping and spin options options using the left bumper.
