Alas no, the two developers of stockfish are from Norway and Italy. Both countries has the delicacy of stockfish and they choose that name to reflect two cultures coming together over a great product.

14:41 the crazy part is that he saw mate in 3 but chooses to brutalize him with mate in 5 instead.

Thanks Sammy... Your videos are the best... I watch all your videos... @36:00 after 1. ... Kb8 2. Rd7 (followed by some random dubious move from black) the threat is checkmate in one with 3. Qc7... a7 square is not available... The bishop on e3 has it covered... ❤

ONLY Americans like to believe that Fisher was best of all time, he wasnt but he was the best of his generation

Hard to say, depends how you judge it. Head to head magnus would probably win, but put Bobby in today’s environment with the tools we have now and would not surprise if he would be better than magnus. The gap between Bobby and everyone else is not debatable that his gap above the rest of the world was much more than any other players gap. End of the day he is in group with magnus and Gary that all 3 have an argument as the goat
@milosstefanovic6603
@milosstefanovic6603 2 ай бұрын
@@giacalonebuilding4443 Thats why we say ,, The player of the generation ,, With todays comps where would Morphy be ranked? What if Tal wasnt to sick? Chess is pure math so comps have showed us what was in the past thought impossible. Rashid Nezhmetdinov is 3 wins and 1 draw against prime Tal but SSSR politics didnt let him play on the world stage. So this are all questions what could be or what should be. By your argument Garry is the GOAT over Fisher, but its not, Magnus is GOAT because he holds the records, same thing like with Novak Djokovic. Novak is the GOAT of tennis, Magnus is the GOAT of chess
