Mieses is great but prime marshall was a diffrent breed.

11:44 why do you say black is moving to “save a hanging rook”? That’s not at all correct as the knight covers it and he moves the rook still into the bishops sight. The point was that after bishop takes queen he could take back with rook

Delving. Coup de Grace. Wow! Who writes the commentary for you? If you do it yourself, Bravo! Your English is perfect and graceful. I am saying this because I taught English and French in Japan for 35 years and I know what good English grammar is.

Pia is still so strong at her age and I think if she trust more in herself and improves her stress with little time could Kick away all these young strong women of nowdays, Pia is amazing but she is too humble its good to be humble but not to much. She and her family are just adorable, impossible to not love them.😊

Great explanation! Like it! It is recommended that you choose another 20 classic matches of combat players to play chess with Italian openings to explain!

I think Benko had a Checkmating Idea had he checked the King on b1 w/ Q. aligned with his knight to then take the c2 pawn-to then bring in more attackers?

Bobby realised that the better your memory and ability to memorise variations the better your chess. He realised it was not genius and ability but rather memory based and fell out with chess so much so that they thought he'd gone insane. He was right. Hence why the likes of magnus can play blind folded. They can memorise the board, piece placements and variations.

All Karpov games are always so instructive. People are always praising Kasparov, but I feel that learning from Karpov has made me a better chess player. Amazing narration too. +1 sub 💯

Kramnik's deployment of the Berlin Defense is the greatest innovation since the Marshall Attack. He forced players to make their pieces work together in controlling squares to reduce attacking chances for White. He made Kasparov's attacking plans irrelevant forcing him to play 'Thinking Chess At The Board.' He also made players think about finding new paths in old openings for surprise use. History will revere him for the above mentioned ideas.
