I love Morgan's music! It brings me a lot of joy listening to it. I've been a fan since I first heard him sing Collide on The Voice! I don't agree with what he said but I still want to hear his music and it upsets me that some radio stations won't play it now. I'll keep listening and buying anything he puts out. I’m going through a separation/divorce and while it’s amicable and friendly and nobody did anything to each other to cause us to hate each other, it’s still hard to see a 20 year relationship fade away....then I heard quittin time. i hate when people chalk racism up to a mistake, especially when it comes to celebrities, it's almost like giving them the benefit of the doubt just because he's famous. At the end of the day the only mistake was getting filmed saying it out loud because we all know that word is more than a word, its a mindset that says "hey, i'm better than you because im white". That mindset doesn't just materialize in that moment, my money is on that he's been using that word for a long time and his feelings have only grown by who he surrounds himself with. I don't buy his apology, it reads insincere and like he was going through the motions. He needs to take a break and separate himself from alcohol, yes men, fame and get back to the basics of being a human being. He has to change his mindset and there is a chance he can't do it, he's white, he's rich and famous, his ego might not let him. but if he's sincere at all about his apology and wants to truly grow from this then he will try and seek help. you like his music and he said he was sorry so he deserves to keep his music career and everything that comes with it... think about what you just said, you should have a higher standard for the people you idolize.

I hate that all the radio stations, his record label, CMT, and all other media outlets have banned Morgan's music since the video came out of him using a racial slur. It has become apparent that it is not acceptable. But punishment this severe is really tougher than it needed to be? He apologized and there is not a lot more he can do. I will agree this a on going thing that needs to be addressed by EVERYONE! Much love to you Morgan, and if drinking had anything to do with this you might want to check yourself before it is out of control. Speaking from my experiences living with an alcoholic, it can change your whole personality in just a few drinks. @@6.0king this new music is so good! Every song on it could be a huge hit! I downloaded it the first day it came out and that is what I've had playing for a few weeks now. We saw him in 2019 at the Sikeston MO rodeo. He was really good too. Every high school kid out there knew every one of his songs and sang them as load as they could. It was fun watching them. I took lots of pictures but I lost my phone that night and they hadn't back up yet. Forever gone.
