Everyone always gives Amy a pass on everything. We ALL have things going on in our lives, we all have bad and stressful things going on. Doesn’t give you the right to take it out on people. She’s wasn’t prepared either. Annoying.

I Can understand Bobby’s pov. What others find as triggers is not a huge deal because you’ve been through worse and dealt with it. When you’ve already been through a lot your stress baseline levels are different than other people so it would take A LOT more than a minor inconvenience to get him upset.

Wow this was too much Amy needs to realize she isn’t a teenager anymore so time to act more mature!!! She gets a pass because of her relationship with Bobby. LB would have been dressed down for this. I felt so sorry for the girl sitting there when Amy said sorry not sorry because I asked for more time but you shouldn’t need more time….😢that wasn’t an apology for her outburst. This would of been a warning on my job!!!

Leadership lesson here is just eat it. Your the quarterback you fumble and you are ticked your team didn't pick the ball up. That isn't stepping up or taking responsibility that is deflection. Don't expect your team to cover for ya much after that.

Amy spitting TRUTH... Don't sit around "waiting" when you could be working on your end. And her weak response to being scolded... "I don't hold it against you..." Fix YOUR stuff. You effed up! Apologize for not doing your part when you had time to prep.

oh yea bc I’m sure when you get a small break from work you continue working so you can be proactive lol. Get out of here, if you can stop working at work for some time you are going to stop working lol.

"small breaks" aren't the problem. It's being prepared when you say you're "ready to work/do the job/project". She didn't need much time to figure out the problem apparently, but she realized that she needed further support at the precise wrong time, which delayed the entire process she claimed 1.5 hours earlier she was ready for. Blame is not entirely on her, and Amy clearly had some "stuff" to deal with. But, Amy was also pulling double duty, creating content/writing the script to keep improving the show, the least others can do is be prepared for their job in the areas they are responsible for, no matter how minimal or untimely, those duties come before "a break". Hell, stuff happens, I get it. But she's not innocent here, and merely accepting Amy's apology without some understanding of where she herself fell short is missing a great learning opportunity, to not only raise her game a bit, but to help make the show better, more efficient, and likely giving more opportunities for those ever-valuable "small breaks" you seem so certain we all need. Take your time on this one. Heck have a couple "small breaks" if you need.@@zackaryhosler2502

Amy is passive aggressive. She obviously has a sincere, kind heart and conscience… but dang! High maintenance! Still love her though, it’s just small part of her personality….
