In my opinion, Max's phase shifter should definitely have been on the list. It's so broken, it can be so useful against nani heads, dyna supers, mortis chasing you, etc. It literally makes you immortal for a split second while providing an extremely convenient dash.

Both R-T gadgets are deadly and needed imo. In open maps, Hacks gives you free kill. In bushy maps, getting super is hard and Out-of-line gives you free super to delete aggro brawlers.
