Appreciate the video, I own a 2022 t66 and have this exact issue right now. I own a truck and equipment repair shop, haven't had time to look at my harness yet, but really appreciate the video. Didn't want to buy a service manual for a machine with only 50 hours on it, keep up the good work.

I add the glue lined heat shrink to all of my repairs. As you heat it up the glue oozes out and seals the repair from moisture. Great videos… Thanks!

Good stuff! I realize I am telling you what you probably already know, but when using crimp connectors, I stagger them, so as not to have a big knot in one area. Was unaware they made "harness tape", back in the day 3m electrical tape was all there was available. Also like to use "convoluted tubing" whenever possible if you can the right size.

I really like using non insulated connectors with heat shrink. You’re right makes a nice looking job too.

Great work! I love your videos and the attention to detail in your repairs as I am a lot like you on the repairs that I do owning my own equipment repair business. I have been using that harness tape that you use for a couple of years now and it really makes a repair look professional and as good, if not better than factory. I'm always looking for ways to improve or make anything better than it was before. Just a little tip on stripping those harnesses back, I found that a seam ripper like a seamstress uses works so good and won't damage your wiring. I pick them up at hobby lobby for a few dollars and have one in every toolbox. Thanks again!

What about a constant ringing noise that came on after it had been shut off completely for several minutes? The noise won't quit even upon startup.

I have a t66 with no communication to mid controller and work group controller. I blew out all the controllers and i am lost now any help would be appreciated

Around 700hr, had my screen shutoff and the machine went into limp mode, only running for a minute before having to restart. Dealer shop found the cab harness was bad and replaced it under warranty. The mechanic said they had looked over the old harness on the shop floor and found no observable problems.

hi there , love your videos , always learn some new , but i do have an issue with my 773 maybe you can point me to the rt direction . fuel shut off solenoid don't pull with the switch ,i install a new relay and fuse sub harness , even tried a new solenoid and nothing happen . i used the machine with a tie wire to hold the solenoid in. them remove the wire after turn off key off so the machine turn off . any guess ?

So my T66 is showing U1111-8 code. Bucket angle sensor no communication..checked fuse, pins and wiring..no luck..HELP

Worst skidsteer in my fleet. The fuse box is at the very bottom of the unit where all the mud and water can and will get to it and corroded all the electrical wiring

So I do a lot of on site work and wonder what is a fair price for this repair? Say its a 20 min drive and repair takes 2hr. $50 in parts.

You could have a flat rate for the service call, plus milage if it’s outside of a radius you determine. Plus your hourly. Or no service call charge, but a higher first hour charge with an hour minimum. Or come up with an hourly rate you’re good with and start the clock when you start the drive to the job. Field work is always alot more expensive than in shop.

If your doing site work your making good money and know the cost of operating. And paying for experience mostly. Minimum $ 500 .00 to $ 600.00 repair with travel time both ways from shop
