I’m 51 and do the same! My mother, grandmother and aunt played Elvis all the time in the house on record and 8 track in our cars and truck. His music is woven into my life, mind and heart. I don’t know life any other way and I wouldn’t change it no way no how! My mom, grandmother and aunt took me to see Elvis twice in concert when he came to Houston. When Elvis played at Hofheinz Pavilion, we were so close to the stage. My mom took pictures and had them developed at a Fox Photo Mat. She gave them to me for my birthday a few years back, and yes I had tears both sad and joyful!

I'm 60 years old and I know all musical styles. I've been listening to Elvis since I was 12 years old. I appreciate any kind of good music. I also know all the songs by Johnny and June Cash (Great). However, Elvis remains the greatest musician and entertainer of all time. He implied all the power of his soul in all his songs. One could almost say: he gave away his whole heart to his listeners.
