I found the Easter egg!!!! :D At 6:03 that sign that is almost below the biome that appears to say frog. It could be another word but from what I saw from taking a screenshot and zooming it in it says frog. EDIT: I'm pretty sure that it is a couple of frames right before 6:03 so maybe 6:02. After looking at that specific sign for a couple of time you can tell that word has been added and removed fast
