I'm pretty sure, that prior life made him and he wouldn't be the Bob Ross we know without it. He probably exhausted all the bad temperament, anger and other feelings in his early life and became a master of self contentment from it.

Back in the 80's Bob helped lots of people relax who had long tough work days and weeks. Many of us would record the show on a VCR with a timer, then watch it the same day after work.

Aaw I became relaxed in a much different way when starting this video and having had subtitles activated because of an earlier video. I was already in a good-humoured state (being able to laught about really simple things) and when the intro started the subtitles said "Elevator music" and I was in stitches for a good couple of minutes.

My grama woke me up crying in the other room my dad went to check on her and she was "freezing cold" it's the middle of summer and I'm so hot I'm sleeping with a frozen water bottle I was kinda freaked out then I was about to go back to sleep and put on this video right after the commercial was finished within the transition I heard a clap like someone's hands right beside my face its exactly 3:00Am in the morning I'm so afraid it might of been my water bottle but it was so loud it pierced threw my headphones and my tv it's now been 15 minutes and I'm still shaking in my boots I'm sleeping with the lights on
