@@biib6318 "i" in math represents the square root of negative 1. Theres no number that you can multiply by itself to yield a negative answer (two negatives make a positive..). So i is Imaginary. However, i^2 equals (sqrt(-1)) * (sqrt (-1)) = -1. Negative one is a REAL number. i is Imaginary, but i * i is Real. So santa (imaginary) * i (imaginary) = REAL

Best line: "Santa Claus multiplied by i, well I guess that makes him real" Because "i" in math is the symbol for "imaginary". When squared, it becomes -1, thus making it a real number So, Santa Claus (imaginary figure) multiplied by "i" is i^2 which literally equals a real number

That's probably the most basic joke in this song.
@snigglesfrutlop11147 жыл бұрын
Vijay Varghese ; That's not necessarily true. Imaginary numbers aren't just multiples of i. They follow the form a + bi (where a and b can be any integers, but b != 0 because that would make it a real number) , and (a + bi) * i = ai - b, therefore if a != 0, it will still be imaginary. I'm pretty sure imaginary numbers where a = 0 are called "pure imaginary numbers" or something, just making the joke even better.

“If Kim is half as old as Bobby Who is two years older than 12 year old Tori For how many more 30 day months Will their threesomes be considered statutory rape?” Depends on the state but to calculate for all to be 18 (legal age in US): Kim is 7, Bobby is 14, Tori is 12. Kim turns 18 in 11 years and there are 4 months out of the year that have 30 days so 4 months times 11 years is 44 30 day months The answer is 44 thirty day months :D 3:23

*134 30-day months* before it is no longer statutory rape. there are 12 30-day months with a remainder of 5 days in a year (365 does not divide evenly into 30) which adds up after 11 years. plus the two leap years that happen assuming kim's birthday was the day this was posted to youtube and we are talking how many months past her 7th birthday. so (11*365+2)/30=133.9 (133 months and 27 days) or rounded up that is 134 Edit: i came back after 10 years and did a new analysis (it’s much easier to understand than my old analysis). It can be found in the replies. The new answer, thanks to my new math, is 80 30-day months

@alxjones10 жыл бұрын
Short answer: 44 Long answer: It's hard to come up with a good answer to this question because of the variable nature of statutory rape, when each person's birthday is, and the date of the problem in question. If we make a few base assumptions we can give an answer, but it's by no means the correct answer, just a possible candidate and a good approximation. 1) Statutory rape is considered to be any sexual activity between a group of people in which there is at least one person under the age of consent 2) Age of consent is 18; mental age is not considered 3) All three kids have the same birthday on January 1 4) This question is proposed on January 1, with the ages given being the ages that they had turned that day and year. Under these assumptions, we just need to calculate the age of the youngest child, figure out how many years until they turn 18, and multiply by the number of 30 day months in a year. Tori is 12, so Bobby (who is two years older) is 14, and Kim (who is half as old as Bobby) is 7 and the youngest of the three. She will turn 18 in 11 years. April, June, September, and November are the only months in any given year that have exactly 30 days, bringing the total to 4. 11 years multiplied by 4 30-day months per year equals 44 30-day months. Possible variations of the assumptions: 1) Statutory rape laws will occasionally have "Romeo and Juliet" clauses which allow for sexual interaction between two minors, or between a minor and an adult within a given age difference. For example, a 16 year old and a 19 year old can legally have sex in a state where the age of consent is 18 if there's a 3 year difference clause. 2) Age of consent can vary from state to state, and sometimes even mental age is considered, usually referring to people with mental disorders. 3) The birthday of the oldest and youngest of the three will most likely have an effect of the answer, especially if there are Romeo and Juliet clauses at play. 4) The date in which the question is being asked can also affect the answer, but not by more than 4 30-day months.

3:16 so, if Kim is half as old as Bobby who is 2 years older than Tory, who is 12, that gives us Kim 7, Bobby 14 and tory 12, let's say the age of consent is 16 (average taken from us states), that would mean Kim should be 16 for it to be legal, therefore 16-7 gives us 9 years, Bo asks for months considering each must have 30 days, so, 9*365 days in a year, we will add 2 days as we will get at least 2 leap years so we get 3287, dividing by 30 we get 109.5666... So the answer is aproximately 110 months.

In theory, we can assume that the probability of being gay and the probability of being Chinese are independent, which means that knowing someone is gay does not affect the probability of them being Chinese and vice versa. However, this assumption may not hold in reality. Assuming independence, the probability of a man being both gay and Chinese can be calculated using the formula for the intersection of two independent events: P(Gay and Chinese) = P(Gay) x P(Chinese) where P(Gay) is the probability of a man being gay, and P(Chinese) is the probability of a man being Chinese. Given that ten percent of men are gay and twenty percent of men are Chinese, we can substitute these probabilities into the formula: P(Gay and Chinese) = 0.1 x 0.2 = 0.02 So the probability of a man chosen at random being both gay and Chinese, assuming independence, is 0.02 or 2%.
