Love this video! I have been crocheting for for over 40 yrs. and had never thought of just chaining 1 and turning for a HDC row. Thank you! I use to dislike working in hdc . Now its a fun stitch. Your method is much easier and looks much better!

+Barbara Midkiff Hello, it will all depend of tension, the yarn you use, the hook size you use I make as many rows that i need for the head measure measurement I am making it for, remember to make it slightly smaller to allow for stretch, i usually make it 1 1/2 to 1 inch smaller - hope this helps you
