Unless BoC cuts rate by 50 basis points, a 25 basis point won't even matter because nobody is getting off that fence for major purchases and decisions, the unemployment will continue, defaults will increase, bankruptcy will continue to accelerate, and residential mortgage holders will be flying over the cliff. New governor needed with common sense.
