Drone flight over Fort Carroll 7-4-17

Took my Phantom 4 out for a flight this morning over Fort Carroll located in Baltimore Maryland by the Key Bridge. It was filled with birds and I wanted to get closer but was afraid if I scared the birds they all may take off and hit my drone.

You showed Ft Armistead, but no close up shots? What happened to the pier there?

I wanted to get lower but I was afraid to scare the birds and have them all take off and damage my drone.
