BODMIN HALF MARATHON | Run4Adventure

What a great morning we had running Bodmin half marathon! It was the first time for both of us to run this multi-terrain half marathon which forms part of Cornwall's multi-terrain series. With the weather forecasting storm Dennis we were a little bit apprehensive about the conditions we were going to have to run in!
It was a little bit wet and a little bit windy but nowhere near as bad as they had forecasted but I must say, even in these wet and windy conditions all the marshals out on the route were so encouraging to all the runners and they always had a big smile on their faces.
We'll definitely be going back next year and I'd strongly recommend this half marathon to anyone who hasn't done it before!

Just came across your channel looking for a Saucony Peregrine 10 review. Not sure how i haven't come across this before. I moved to Bodmin from London 15 years ago but didn't start running until 7 years ago when i moved to Exeter. I'll have to get my arse back down there for their race next year now after watching this.

Tbh fella, had two weeks out and got bored as hell especially being on such a high. So have been training the legs to actually running 26 miles again with a half decent plan. Not expecting anything at Manchester, aim is Dublin in October. Mate meal and beers is definitely on the cards up there. See you in the spoons right near the start line “after” the race 🍻

Thank you for another nice video! 15:00 : “Unfortunately my body didn’t let me do that”: same situation (back pain, already 25 days injured...just a nightmare) but I couldn’t run even a slow half marathon just for fun like you did. I got a question: is this Buff waterproof jacket breathable?

Thanks but I’m sorry to hear you’re having back issues! 🙁 Have you had some treatment? I find a bit of sports massage always speeds up recovery! The Buff jacket is as breathable as any waterproof jacket, you’ll obviously always loose a bit when you waterproof anything 😀
