Looks amazing! Were the taxis easy to get and were they affordable? Noticing a lot of the hot spots kind of require a taxi to get around!

We asked the hotel most of the time for taxis and once we got one we asked for his number, and very affordable I’d say compared to Europe!

Unfortunately, violence against women is a common situation all over the world. With a very simple research, you can see that the cases in Turkey are less than in other holiday regions in the world. I can easily say that in socio-economically developed regions (we can see that your exchange rate is valuable against the Turkish Lira and therefore it is much easier for you to access socio-economically developed regions) this situation is almost non-existent. Acting together with the community and knowing the addresses and numbers you can reach in case of emergency will make it easier for you to escape from this situation. I wish you to stay safe and hope you come to Turkey, a wonderful destination, as soon as possible. Have a nice holiday in advance.

@@emrekocabicak3526 thank you but I wasn’t necessarily referring to violence against women but I have just heard that the men were more forward in terms of flirting and hassle the women on their own but I don’t know as I have never been so yes would love to make my own mind up one day! X

@@Roos8891 hey there, if bodrum is the case you may avoid visiting gümbet, (as a local I didnt go there even once in 5 years) the areas Mabel visited is very on spot for enjoying your time without any worries. Yalıkavak, türkbükü, gümüşlük,bitez are all great. Also I might add, Luca beach, Lucca by the sea, Kurul (for amazing traditional Turkish food) & Miam. If you consider visiting another city you can always leave a comment here so I can give you some insights. Cheers 🏖️❣️
