The first home I purchased was in Gumusluk at the age of 25. I am originally from America and did EVERYTHING wrong, My real estate agent had 100 chances to rip me off but was COMPLETLY HONEST and SO HELPFUL. Even when it came to me selling my home, I gave him power of attorney and he sent me the funds! I do not recommend this obviously but as a young woman I was naive . This is why I love Turkey and Turkish people. For the most part they are all so helpful and honest. Although there are a few scams to be weary of .......99% of Turkish people have far more integrity then Americans when it comes to buissness.
