Hi Everyone,
Welcome to day 3 of our advanced series. Today we are focusing on our legs and glutes. All you need for todays session is a set of dumbbells ( I will be working with a set of 12lbs)
We are going to run through 10 exercises set at 10 reps each and let’s see how many completed rounds we can achieve in the next 30 minutes.

Body Blast - Advanced Series - Lower Body AMRAP

Deadlift
Plie squats
Pulsing squats
R/L curtsy lunges
Good morning
R/L lateral lunge
Narrow squat
