Hi Everyone,
It’s Day 2 in our Advanced series and today we are focusing on our upper bodies. We are going to work through a series of exercises to see how many rounds we can hit in our 30 minute session. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a mat.
Each exercise is set at 10 reps.
Modify any exercise if necessary - have fun and good luck!
