Obviously, the school officials didn't listen to students. Also, failure of parent to keep firearm safe and have rules son must ask for permission to touch or hold firearm. Also, never have a juvenile have possession of a firearm without parent guidance.

These police knew darn well that lil boy made that threat! Somebody screenshot it in order for it to get to the FBI. They didn't hold that pipsqueak accountable and that's how he got away with it a year later.

In just 1 year, he went from a lil version of his dad, matching cross chains, to what we see in court. But Sheriff interviewed him- Not FBI & they waited so long to do interview they moved 🙄

God, I’m on a role of trying to understand why this happens. Today my client had a two hour delay because of a threat to his school. Once we arrived there was a shelter in place and we could hear the announcement while they kept the kids outside of the school. Thankfully was just a student whose parent was a teacher and he had gone in earlier than students were suppose to. We left and walked down to a gas station because i didn’t feel comfortable at that point going into the school. They are highly secured in that school however nothing about today felt right after what has happened in the past few weeks. My heart hurts for those who experience this and who have lost family and friends. This isn’t okay

"...in Jackson County, where I'm standing today," Why? Why are you standing in Jackson County today? "Live at the scene" is a disgusting theatric that shifts the attention away from the tragedy and tries to make a celebrity of the news reader or the station. What possible benefit is there otherwise? Is the information the slightest bit different? "I make my living off the evening news Just give me something, something I can use People love it when you lose, they love dirty laundry" Things sure haven't changed much since that 1982 release from The Eagles.

Looking at other Countries that have taken guns out of the equation, or simply never having them, when people choose to kill, they find a way ! Be it knife, hammer, car, truck, etc. ! Throwing the Baby out with the bathwater is not the answer either ! Americans have always had a connection to firearms, and thats never going to change ! And this resonates through both political parties ! End of story ! As to this kid, and the news of them losing their home, I'll guess that things were not good at home ? 🤔....?

There seems to be concern at the root of this social flaw. Beyond weapons, were a child is bullied? A shame in this day and age. Even worse, bad coping skills. Once driven to violence, too late. : (

It could be avoided if our country valued living over gun fetishes.

It's not the responsibility of responsible gun owners for the actions of a few mad men. If anyone's at fault, it's our lackluster intelligence agencies.

Americans do value life but when you eliminate religion from school and abort babies I believe your point is mute. Remember you have a Bill of Rights read it sometime.

The audio is way too loud! Adjust the volume please! In order to hear the suspects volume is so low can hardly hear. Then when officer speaks blows out ear drums. Need to adjust the volume while recording!!

Never talk to the police. Always have a lawyer. Never ever talk to police if they come to your house. Have them get a warrant.

If colt had been Black or Latino, he would have been forced to lie down on the ground, face down, while multiple occifart’s would place knees on heads and necks, others throwing and landing punches and finally, being cuffed!
