when O blood group is donor and A is recepient then no antigen antibody reaction takes place but when donor is again O blood group and recepient is B then how antigen antibody reaction will occur and rbc get destroyed... plllzzz explain mam...

Its not about recipent A or recipent B in both the cases where donor is O there will be an anitgen antibody reaction but it will be in a very mild quantity...so the rbc's will be destroyed in both the cases...but maybe in negligible quantity

How bood group O can donate blood to AB ??? O blood grp hav both the antibodies so these antibodies can react with both the antigen present on AB and can destroy the RBCs..... How can O donate blood to AB?

During blood transfusion plasma and antibody of donors is washed out so antigen of donors and antibody of receipient should not be match for successful transfusion

O has both antibodies a nd b ...so antibody a reacts with recipient a with milder reaction...whereas antibody b reacts with antigen B nd leads to destruction

Will anyone clear my doubt please. Our immune system makes antibodies when these is an antigen, But how these anti-A or anti-B antibiotics are made That means without any antigen how they were made🧐
