The majority of men are not fit. Either too skinny or fat. So just being fit makes you stand out. You don't have to be a body builder but at the least have a swimmers build with a six pack. Its crazy because once you go from being out of shape to being fit, you notice women conveniently being in the same aisle in the grocery store and conveniently being in the store you at the mall right next to you.

Looks like fools can't understand that intercourse is done with bodies. To build certain muscle, certain movement and strength is needed. Women know that on primal level. Iv said it on multiple body game videos, it’s 100% true. I was overweight all my life and never got any play from women till I was 24yo, no kiss no nothing. At 23 I had a injury and from it I lost about 130lbs in a year. When I was 24 I had got to about 180lbs when I was about 310lbs a year earlier and the first job I got after my weight loss I had a fine girl giving me big choosing signals and we smashed after 2 dates. After that it never stoped. Just stay in decent shape guys. You can be a little burly just don’t get fat

Unc ain’t lyin y’all. I’m boutta bag an older woman at the gym. I’m not the biggest guy at my gym but probably the most ripped and one of the strongest there i also do boxing too. Even though I’m only 5’9 and she’s an inch shorter she always talks to me. And I’ve seen guys approach her at the gym yet I’m the one she focuses on. But I guess one of the main differences aside from that is Im probably the guy that talks to her the least(focused when I’m training). My stats are 5’9 172-176 pounds 10-12 percent bodyfat Veins that bulge and crawl up my shoulders. Was born a skinny af but turned into a specimen through discipline and watchin too much anime💀 we got this we were made to use our bodies no reason to not develop it 💯

Good point about the tallness being a bit of a negative to putting on muscle…… I’m almost 6’2 and have long legs and arms and it’s very hard for me to put on bulk. I’m fit, and have well developed shoulders chest and back, but I’ll never be a diesel lol

I subscribe to a youtuber that people can consider a passport bro. Some of the subscribers of theirs went to Brazil and was striking out with the women down in Brazil. The content creator explained it. Alot of what you talk about Uncle Rom those dudes lacked. Body game ,style,charisma biggest one was socially awkward individuals that think they would do better in Brazil. If you aren't getting alot of play in the 🇺🇲 it's probably going to be the same in another country like 🇧🇷 .

This is one thing I'm working on. My top half is pretty slim and my legs look bigger. I noticed that most of the women I approach, they were bigger than me (thick thick, fit thick, taller, etc), but I almost always get turned down for whatever reason. Now looking back the interactions that were best, they include the skinny girls, shorter girls, or semi slim thick girls. I got to approach more to see if they might be my tribe. If I want girls that are thick asf, then I most likely will have to pack on like 20+ pounds and work relentlessly on body game. I'm currently around the low 170s at 5'10. Either pack on more muscle or get more ripped.
