No lies told. I work at a gym currently and I learned an insane amount of game just by listening to your videos and paying attention during shifts. I even noticed as my framed filled out more that not just women but people treat you differently. People talk to large or well built men very differently than they talk to men without any type of physicality.

Whether folks want to admit it or not lust plays a big factor in a healthy relationship. A woman in our case has to look at you and want to rip your clothes off lol. Nationwide we have declined physically, the "dad bod" is even being celebrated lol. However as this happens sexual attraction between man and woman is also becoming an issue. Facts. Plus I see that dad bod is a myth. A lot of women who say they “like” dad bods means they’re likely with a guy who they may not see sexually like that but he’s a provider so she will settle. Some women like this are confident that he’s not going anywhere unless all of a sudden he gets in shape and she will confront him about it because it’s likely she’s seeing her meal ticket leaving. From what I notice when you are in shape and have a good body frame, it’s a sign of discipline and self respect you have for yourself not to mention you feel better and clothes fit you properly.

I used to be a college runner. I lifted in Highschool so I have somewhat a base in my physique when it comes to lifting. Uncle Rom, Trust me when I say this I'm gonna be a new man once it comes May. Been hitting the gym 2x a day with a lifting/run split. Im staying lean but steadily growing so when it comes summer time. I'm gonna be rocking the 3 inseam short shorts and gonna be floating through the air during my runs at the streets shirtless.

@@domthagreat4065 Personally, I’ve mainly done weights. There’s no greater exercise and testosterone booster for men than weight lifting. More testosterone will help your body burn more fat, get lean, and greatly increase your ability to build muscle. You’ll def be way more confident as well. It’s hard to explain, but you’ll just “feel it.”

Totally the truth. When I was in my late 20s. Got so many indirect rejections saying Im good looking, but they need a ‘really manly/masculine’ man in their life. Man my ex even cheat on me with a married guy with 2 kids in the same company, different dept. I was the good looking one, dress better, drive way better car, younger, our height almost similar. But as Rom said its the body. I was like 60kg. That dude built was probably like 70kg+. And also he does outdoor sports. Im just a stay at home gaming hermit. Facts I have the same 24 waist line from when I was 18 joining the Marines. I'm 32 now same waist line ripped physique from maintaining calisthenics and running. It’s hard to impress my body onto a woman unc, because I’m a slim/athletic guy. I have muscles. And the women who’ve seen me without clothing have told me I’m bigger than they thought. I’ve also met women who I knew through others and they said I was larger in person and my body was longer. *Fitted/tailored clothing* will go miles in your case. They have t-shirts that end around the bicep peak & cling to it. In the case of trousers, *tapered trousers* usually works if you want a more fitted look without strangling your python in skinny jeans lol
